My name is Gloria, a health psychologist, specializing in children and adults. My work consists of helping people to achieve greater emotional and mental well-being, providing a safe and trusting space for you to explore your emotions and difficulties. <\/p>\n

I have always been deeply curious about understanding the mind and human behavior. What began as a personal interest turned into a vocation when I realized the impact that emotional and mental well-being has on people’s lives. Psychology allows me to accompany others in times of difficulty, helping them to overcome challenges and find tools to live more fully and consciously. My greatest satisfaction is to see how, through the therapeutic process, people manage to reconnect with themselves, face their fears and develop their full potential. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

I have more than 6 years of experience working in different areas of psychology: individual, couple and group therapy, treating cases such as: anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, emotional management problems, infidelity, etc. I have had the privilege of accompanying many people in their personal growth process. <\/p>\n

I graduated in psychology and criminology, where I acquired a solid foundation and focused my studies in the areas of child and adult psychology.
After completing my university studies, I decided to continue my training with a Master’s Degree in General Health, a Master’s Degree in Emotional Intelligence, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology for Children and Adolescents. The 3 masters have given me the opportunity to offer my patients a more individualized therapy.
In addition to my masters, I am in constant training: lectures, courses, talks on much more specialized topics: attachment, trauma, personality disorder, ADHD, etc. that give me more tools to work with my patients. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
